One Aycroner in Germany!

One of Aycron cofunders, the Systems Engineer Ernesto Tagwerker, appeared in the “FRBA en movimiento” magazine in December 2008. In the interview he told the magazine how positive was his experience in working abroad.

Ernesto travelled to Germany in November 2007 to improve his German skills, meet new people and learn more about other cultures. He started working as freelance developer and then, in February 2008, he work for Synchronica –an English IT company until August, when he decided to take a risk with other 5 classmates from college by creating Aycron IT Solutions.

Ernesto describes his experience using these words: “My experience in Berlin was totally positive, it gave me a different view of the IT business in the world. I could work with a multicultural group of preople very capable and inteligent. I feel I grew as a professional and as a person”.

Besides, Ernesto tells some positive aspects or Germany as a county. Such as the active participation of the State in times of unemployment and of the German people the respect of others and follow the rules every day. The interview ends with Ernesto’s advise for the magazine’s readers: “I would recommend to each reader, each graduate to live the same experiencie I’ve had. Live other cultures, open your minds to new ideas and work in Europe or The States to see the difference between them and Argentina. After living what I’ve lived, then come back to Argentina and use what you have learned to make a better industry”.

Nowadays, Ernesto is living and working in USA, representing his company Aycron from New York.
