What Information Worker is

People who manage and work with existing organization’s data. There are three types of IW:

• The Knowledge Worker:

  People who work with ideas, manage teams, and create, consume and analyze data (For example, Marketing Executives).

• The Structured Task Worker:

  People who work with data and information but not with ideas. This person creates and consumes, but does not transform or manage information (For example, Call Center Operators).

• The Data Entry Worker:
